The handset is powered by Mediatek MT6762 Helio P22 (12 nm) chipset along with PowerVR GE8320 GPU to power the graphics. There is a 4GB/64GB variant as well as a 4GB/128GB version.
In the camera department, TECNO Camon 15 offers 48MP, 2MP, 2MP, and QVGA lens at the back. On the front, there is a 16MP selfie lens.
TECNO Camon 15 has a fingerprint sensor at the back and packs a 5000mAh battery, which is a non-removable component.
