Xiaomi has already announced to launch Mi 8 on 31st May but this has not stopped the rumor mill from yielding the leaks out. Speculations about the phone continue to spread wide ahead of the launch. Earlier it was rumored that the Xiaomi Mi 8 will be released as 8th-anniversary edition alongside the Mi 7.
Now we don’t see as many leaks regarding the Mi 7 than we see about Mi 8 which implies that former may be superseded by the latter in company’s attempt to align its model name with its anniversary year.
