We have been receiving intermittent peeks into Chinese manufacturer’s latest flagship, Xiaomi Mi 8, thanks to the leaks and renders ahead of the launch on 31st May. The most recent leak that surfaced, gave us a look at the colors that the phone will be available in. The pictures emerged on Slashleaks, featuring the phone in black and white colors with a protective glass coating.
Besides color, the leaked pictures also tell a lot about the phone’s design. The fingerprint sensor is placed on the back of the phone with a vertical dual camera on the top left corner of the back of the phone. Furthermore, on the front, the phone hosts a notch just like it was predicted and the chin on the bottom bezel looks a bit larger than the side bezels on the phone.
The images can certainly not be labeled authentic whatsoever. If these images are to be believed then it nullifies the credibility of the leaked pictures of Xiaomi Mi 8 that we saw earlier with a transparent glass back and no fingerprint scanner which strongly suggested that it will be placed inside the display.
As the previous leaks suggested, the phone is said to come with latest Snapdragon 845 and 6/8 GB of RAM with 128 GB of storage on board. Other specs include a 20MP+ 16 MP camera on the rear while a 16 MP front camera. Xiaomi Mi 8 is expected to have a 3300 mAh battery capacity and will come with Android 8.1 out of the box.
