The company has recently teased the arrival of a new device on with 5000mAh battery and 18W dual-engine fast charging on social media and Vivo Y17 is the only new smartphone that matches this description.
It features a 6.35 inches LCD display with 720 x 1544 pixels of screen resolution and 19.3:9 aspect ratio. The lower resolution in the smartphone seems like a turn-off especially when the rest of the specs indicate that Vivo Y17 will be a mid-range device.
Talking about the source of its power, we get Helio P35 chipset under the hood accompanied by 4GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
Vivo Y17 is yet another smartphone which comes with triple cameras at the back featuring 13 MP f/2.2 main lens, 8 MP f/2.2 wide-angle lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. At the front, we get a 20MP shooter for taking selfies.
At the back, there is also a traditional fingerprint sensor for added security and the device will run on FunTouch 9 based on Android Pie.
It was previously launched in India INR17,990 which is estimated to be approx Rs. 40,200 in Pakistan after taxes based on the current exchange rate. Since many companies are lowering the price of their phones in Ramadan, there is a possibility that Vivo Y17 may cost a bit less after its official launch in the country.
