After much anticipation and hype, Vivo S1 has finally arrived in Pakistan. The Chinese smartphone maker started the pre-ordering of its mid-range device at the end of last week and now the phone is available across the country.
Vivo S1 is part of the company’s new S series which aims to build premium mid-range smartphones with an eye-catching design. The device was officially launched in the international market in mid-July and comes with a different set of specifications as compared to the Vivo S1 available in the Chinese market.
The smartphone features 6.38 inches of Super AMOLED display with 2340×1080 pixels of screen resolution, 19.5:9 aspect ratio and a small waterdrop notch. It is the first device to feature MediaTek’s Helio P65 chipset is accompanied by 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
Vivo’s mid-range phone also has a triple camera setup at the back which includes the combination of 16MP f/1.7 primary lens, 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide-angle lens, and 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor. For selfies, Vivo S1 has a 32MP f/2.0 camera at the front which lives inside the notch.
To keep the phone running for a long time, Vivo has also included a 4500mAh battery for users. The device will run on FunTouch 9 based on Android Pie and has an in-display fingerprint sensor for additional security.
