After teasing the launch of its new smartphone for days, Vivo has finally unveiled the Vivo S1 smartphone. The device has been launched in the Indonesian market and will soon be coming to Pakistan.
Just as the leaks suggested, the international variant of Vivo S1 is different from the one launched in China in terms of specifications. It is the first smartphone to feature Helio P65 chipset under the hood which is accompanied by 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
It boasts 6.38 inches of FHD+ (2340×1080 pixels) Super AMOLED display with a dewdrop notch. In the camera department, Vivo S1 offers a triple camera setup at the back featuring 16MP f/1.7 primary sensor, 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide-angle lens, and 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor. There is also a 32MP f/2.0 shooter at the front for taking selfies.
The device packs 4500mAh battery and runs on FunTouch 9 based on Android Pie and is equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor for added security. The phone’s launch price in Indonesia is IDR 3,599,000, which translates to Rs. 41,108 without taxes.
Vivo’s new S series will be launching in Pakistan at the end of July and will be focusing on providing the best looking phones coupled with powerful specs to the citizens.
