Vivo Nex Dual Display Edition To Come With 10GB RAM And Much More

Vivo created some ripples across the mobile world when it came with a motorized camera mechanism in the mid of 2018 and now the successor of the phone comes by the name Vivo Nex Dual Display Edition rather than much expected Vivo Nex 2.

And as the name suggests, this amazing phone comes with a dual display which is much like ZTE’s Nubia X that also has a dual display.

The interesting part is the device doesn’t come with a selfie camera so there is no need for a notch to spoil the front display which is 6.39 inches Super Amoled bezel-less screen with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Vivo is claiming it is a 91.63% screen to body ratio which looks huge on the paper.

The rear display is also a Super Amoled screen of 5.49 inches and a FHD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels

Other than facial recognition, there is a also an in-display fingerprint sensor. The phone has a battery power of 3500mAh that has a 10V/2.25A fast charging feature.

Just like the Vivo Nex, the latest devices is to come with Snapdragon 845, the recent version of Android (Pie) and the Funtouch 4.5. 10GB RAM and 128GB ROM are more than enough to create a wow factor.

Vivo Nex Dual Displaly

And now coming back to the absence of selfie camera, and no, there is no motorized mechanism this time either. With the help of back display panel, three rear lenses handle the selfies too. Vivo Dual has a 12MP main sensor that comes with OIS and f/1.79 aperture, a 2MP f/1.8 depth sensor. The third lens is a 3D TOF (Time of Flight) which apart from 3D face unlock also performs the 3D modeling of user’s face.

There is no new of a global distribution of this phone as of yet but in China it will launch on December 29 for a price of $723. As with the Vivo Nex, the newer version might not hit the Pakistani shores.
