Huawei just rattled the smartphone industry with the amazing camera tech in the latest P30 Pro, which also managed to achieve the top score in DxOMark. Samsung, however, rejects the Huawei P30 Pro DxO Mark scores, saying that the cumulative score of S10 Plus is still higher.

With a score of 112, P30 Pro blew every other phone out of the water, interestingly followed by the Mate 20 Pro and Mate 20 in the 2nd and 3rd spots respectively. Despite the amazing camera prowess of the Galaxy S10 Plus, the device has been pushed to a 4th place in the list.

Apparently, this aggravated Samsung and the company responded via its official Weibo account with a poster. According to Samsung, DxOMark assigns different scores to back and front cameras which is plain wrong because when combined, the scores of S10 Plus beat that of the Huawei P30 Pro.

It’s interesting to see that the Korean giant did not complain about this issue earlier when it held the top spot with the S10 Plus. Now that the company’s latest flagship is made to eat dust by the Huawei P30 Pro DxOMark scores, all of a sudden we see this fuss.

DxOMark is a camera review system that awards the smartphones scorings based on their performance. Huawei has topped the scores quite a few time which is evident that the company is striving for much better smartphone photography than any other manufacturer out there.

As controversial as it may seem, the DxOMark still has dire importance in the world of smartphone photography and the Huawei P30 pro DxO Mark results prove that this phone rightly deserves all the hype around its camera.
