Most of the news about the Galaxy S10 lineup has been positive up till now. We also know that this year’s lineup will get three new models. A regular S10, a plus version, and a cheaper lite version. Samsung is relying on its latest flagship lineup to revive its legacy.
Rumors have been all over the place but this news comes from a much authentic source. As spotted by GalaxyClub, Samsung has filed the official certification of Galaxy S10 Lite in its home turf, South Korea and it reveals that the company is just playing unfair with the users.
As per the certification, S10 Lite will have a battery of just 3100mAh with a rated capacity of 3000mAh. We have earlier seen the similar sized battery on Galaxy S8 and S9 as well. The stagnant approach of the company towards its new lineup is really disappointing.
As earlier told, this is the official certification we are talking so don’t expect any last minute changes. Apart from this S10 Lite is also rumored to have the same powerful specs as the regular S10.
There is also news that the S10 Lite will come with three cameras and a single front camera and will run the latest Android Pie with Samsung’s all-new One UI. The new Galaxy line-up is expected to launch on February 20.
It’s strange that leaks suggest that Samsung is going to equip it’s mid-range and budget models with a massive battery of 5000mAh and has deviated its focus from its flagship line-up. Since almost all the specs are rumored to be the same in the regular S10 and the S10 lite, will Samsung be able to convince people to pay more just to get a decent battery?
