Samsung has finally unveiled the launch date for its upcoming flagship phone, Galaxy Note 10. The Unpacked event will be held on August 7th at the Barclay’s Center in Brooklyn, NY at 4 PM EST.
The South Korean smartphone maker sent a very simple invite to media outlets but it also raises a lot of question in regards to what should we expect from Samsung at the launch event. As you can see in the picture, there is a simple S Pen and a camera lens which combined together are creating an exclamation mark.
The recent rumors do suggest some changes in the phone’s design and one of such modifications include the placement of the front camera which is expected to lie not at the side like the Galaxy S10 but in dead center. As for the stylus, there is not much that we know about what changes it will boast with this year but we can assume the company must have something up its sleeve.
Reportedly the company will be launching four Galaxy Note 10 models, two supporting 4G networks and other two with 5G capabilities. The CEO US telecom network, Verizon, later on, confirmed the oncoming arrival of the Galaxy Note 10 5G smartphones.
Some leaks also suggest abandonment of 3.5mm headphone jack, the inclusion of 4500mAh battery sporting 45W fast charging. In the camera department, we do not expect a radical change from the Galaxy S10 Plus apart from quad camera setup as for the first time ever the phone may have a Pro and a standard variant and working to bring innovative camera module would be hard to fit into the company’s short schedule.
Whatever the secrets the company hold, they will soon be unveiled at the Galaxy Note 10 launch event which would be live-streamed on Samsung’s official website.
