After the much acclaimed Redmi Note 6 Pro, Xiaomi’s brand Redmi has recently launched the Redmi Note 7, a midrange phone that went up for sale in China today and due to its immense popularity, the phone sold out in only 8 minutes 36 seconds.

The next sale of Redmi Note 7 will now take place on 18th January at 10:00 AM. The phone comes in two variants, one with 3GB RAM and 32GB memory and the other with 4GB RAM that comes with memory.

The 32GB one sells at a price of 999 Yuan (approx. $147) while the 64GB variant comes with a price tag of (approx. $177). There is also a 6GB RAM variant with 64GB memory which is sold at 1,399 Yuan (approx. $206).


Redmi Note 7 is the first phone launched after Redmi became an independent brand and Xiaomi CEO asserts that the response exceeded their expectations.

For the design, the phone comes with a glass body and packs a massive 6.3-inch Full HD+ display with 1080 x 2340 resolution and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio.

A Qualcomm 660 chipset under the hood drives the device. We have earlier seen the amazing performance of this specific chipset from Qualcomm is Vivo V11 Pro and Realme 2 Pro.

On the software front, the phone comes with Android Pie out of the box with an overlay of MIUI 10 on it. A 4000mAh battery gives juice to the phone which is also supported by a Quick Charge 4.0.

There is still no mention of the global launch of the phone so you’ll have to wait for a considerable time for the phone to launch in Pakistan.
