QMobile has recently upped its game within the budget category and came up with the LT360 handset. Now the company has launched two new phones in the budget category. Qmobile Phantom P1 and Phantom P1 Pro.
The P1 comes with a lower price tag of Rs 16,999 and the P1 Pro comes at Rs. 18,500. Both the phones come with the same specs. The only difference, which is also a significant one, is that the Qmobile Phantom P1 comes with a 2GB RAM while the Pro version comes with a 3GB RAM.
For the display, the devices come with a 5.7-inch HD+ IPS Fullview LCD panel. Although there is an increasing trend of notches in the phones and manufacturers like Xiaomi, Honor, Oppo, and Huawei are putting notches is almost all of their devices, it seems that QMobile has not gone for that approach.
Both the QMobile Phantom P1 and P1 Pro come with bezels on the top and bottom and the design language of both is strikingly similar to the Samsung Galaxy S9.
For the specs, both the devices have a 1.6GHz Octa-core chipset along with 2GB RAM and 32GB internal memory in the Phantom P1 and 3GB RAM with 32GB internal memory in the P1 Pro. On the software front, the devices carry the Android Oreo Go Edition which is specifically designed for budget phones and is relatively light on the phone’s resources.
Qmobile Phantom p1 and P1 pro both carry a 13MP primary camera on the rear as well as an 8MP sensor on the front. The phones are also equipped with a fingerprint scanner on the back. Even the color choices are the same in both phones and come in Bordeaux Red as well as Glacier Blue.
