OPPO has silently launched a new smartphone in its latest series Reno series known as OPPO Reno Z. The company has not formally introduced the new model through an event or an ad campaign and has only listed the phone on its website and popular online retail store JD.com.
The fourth smartphone in the new series comes with toned down specs and affordable price as compared to the previously launched phones. It features 6.4-inch AMOLED screen with FHD+ resolution and a water drop notch as compared to the pop-up shark-fin camera in the other Reno devices.
The display also comes with HDR 10 support and an in-display fingerprint sensor for added security. OPPO Reno Z is powered by MediaTek Helio P90 chipset and comes in two variants; one with 6GB RAM and 256GB of storage and the other with 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
At the back of the device, we get a dual camera setup featuring 48MP Sony IMX586 main lens and a 5MP depth sensor while there is a 32MP shooter at the front for taking selfies.
A massive 4035mAh battery keeps the smartphone up and running and come with 20W VOOC 3.0 fast charging support. It is available in Night Black, Star Purple, Bead White, and Coral Orange colors and is priced at 2,499 Yuan (~$362).
OPPO Reno series is coming to Pakistan in the coming weeks and we are hopeful to see the debut OPPO Reno Z in the country later in 2019.
