OPPO Reno series with shark-fin selfie camera is coming to Pakistan

Reno the sub-group of the popular Chinese smartphone maker, OPPO debuted earlier this year with two smartphones OPPO Reno and OPPO Reno 10x Zoom featuring a unique pop-up shark fin selfie camera and now the company is ready to introduce the new series in the Pakistani market.

The company has confirmed that it is gearing up to launch the OPPO Reno series in the country which will focus on the flagship market, unlike the company’s acclaimed F series which caters to mid-range users.

It is not yet official whether the company will be bringing the standard OPPO Reno smartphone, the 10X Zoom variant or both but since both devices have recently been launched in the Indian market, we can expect that Pakistani consumers will also be receiving the two phones in the coming weeks.

Both smartphones in the series come with a unique design and premium features. Let’s take a quick look at what the new devices have to offer:

OPPO Reno

The standard variant of the smartphone comes with 6.4 inches of AMOLED display. It is powered by Snapdragon 710 chipset coupled with a 6GB or 8GB RAM.

In the camera department, we get a dual camera setup featuring a 48MP main lens and a 5MP depth sensor at the back while at the front there is a 16MP pop-up shark fin camera for selfies. It also packs a 3765mAh battery which sports VOOC fast charging capabilities.

OPPO RENO 10x Zoom

The 10x Zoom variant features 6.6 inches of AMOLED display with 1080 x 2340 resolution. It is powered by Snapdragon 855 chipset accompanied by 6GB/8GB RAM along with 128GB/256GB of internal storage.

At the back, we get a 48MP Sony IMX586 primary camera, 13MP zoom setup, and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor while for selfies, there is a 16MP pop-up shark fin camera similar to the one in the standard model. It also packs a massiveĀ  4065mAh battery which comes with VOOC charge 3.0 fast charging feature.
