It hasn’t been long since the OPPO decided to introduce its new Reno series in Pakistan and we finally have a source confirming that it will be bringing the standard OPPO Reno and Reno 10x Zoom in mid-June, possibly 13th June 2019.
Reno is a sub-group of OPPO which was launched earlier this year to entice the young smartphone users who are looking for premium devices with unique features.
The Chinese firm, just like Huawei and Honor, reevaluated its future strategy this year and axed its decade-old R series to focus more on Find and Reno series which will be offering flagship smartphones for the users. It has already established a firm footing in the mid-range and budget category with F and Y series and is now seemingly looking to compete with the big wigs in the mobile phone industry.
Coming to the specs of the two phones, both OPPO Reno and Reno 10x Zoom come with a 16MP pop-up shark-fin selfie camera while the latter device offers a 10x hybrid zoom to the users. The standard model comes with a large 6.4 inches of AMOLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset and 6GB or 8GB of RAM.
It also has dual camera setup featuring a 48MP main lens and a 5MP depth sensor at the back and packs a 3765mAh battery which sports VOOC fast charging capabilities.
The OPPO REno 10x Zoom variant, on the other hand, offers 6.6 inches of AMOLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset with the choice of 6GB or 8GB RAM along with 128GB/256GB of internal storage.
At the back, we get a 48MP Sony IMX586 primary camera, 13MP zoom setup, and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor while for selfies, there is a 16MP pop-up shark fin camera similar to the one in the standard model. It also packs a massive 4065mAh battery which comes with VOOC charge 3.0 fast charging feature.
