Only three months into 2019 and we have already seen many new smartphones making their way into the Pakistani market. The next ones to make an entrance are none other than OPPO F11 and F11 Pro.
After much speculation and rumors, the two smartphones were officially launched earlier this month where OPPO F11 stole the show with its pop-up selfie camera giving direct competition to the Vivo V15 Pro which also possesses the same feature. OPPO is planning to launch the two mid-range devices in mid-April in Pakistan.
OPPO has always prided itself in being a selfie superstar and is offering a 16MP pop-up front camera for selfies and face recognition. It will be interesting to see how it will fare against the Vivo V15’s 32MP pop-up selfie camera as we know that the bigger megapixels don’t always win the match.
For those who are not too keen on the pop-up camera sensation, the company is also offering OPPO F11 which comes with the same screen as the Pro variant, although there is an R17 Pro-like teardrop notch present on the front. Both devices feature the same 48MP + 5MP rear cameras a 16MP single selfie camera, though with the difference in location.
The new F11 series will be powered by the MediaTek Helio P70 octa-core SoC. The Pro variant will come with a 6 GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, whereas the F11 comes with 4GB RAM, but 128 GB of storage. The two devices also run the new version of ColorOS based on Android Pie and have a massive 4,000mAh batteries.
The company has yet to announce the prices of OPPO F11 and F11 Pro but seeing that its direct competition will be the Vivo V15 series, we can expect the prices to be around more than Rs. 60,000 for the Pro and over Rs. 40,000 for the simple variant.
