As Huawei, like all other brands, got hit by the COVID-19 crisis and eventual lockdown, the Chinese company, has started to make mobile phone deliveries at consumer’s doorstep in Pakistan. In its social media post, Huawei announced its new offers of Huawei Y6s, Huawei Y9s, Huawei Y7p, and Huawei Y9 Prime. Two of which are coming to the market in new colors, Y6s in orange and Y9 Prime in Purple.

Even though all major outlets and service centers for Huawei are closed until further notice, the brand is looking to make door to door deliveries to keep up its progress. You can call on their helpline, and they will make sure to deliver your handset at home.

The Y series comes with a great lineup and flexibility in its price range. Moreover, the addition of new colors will pique the interest of mobile phone enthusiasts even more. Let us jog our memories to what Huawei Y6s and Huawei Y9s bring to the table.

Huawei Y6s Specs

  • Display: 6.09 inches, IPS LCD
  • OS: Android 9.0, EMUI 9.1
  • Chipset: Helio P35 (Octa-core)
  • RAM/ROM: 3GB/64GB
  • Camera (rear): 13MP
  • Camera (front): 8MP
  • Battery: 3020 mAh
  • Full specs

The specs look promising as ever now with a price tag of PKR 20,899, plus it is coming out in the new shade of Orange. Previously Huawei Y6s was available in Orchid Blue and Starry Black, so adding a vibrant Orange (not the official name) to it will make for a desirable option. Mobile devices rarely came out for such bold colors in recent times, only a few like Techno Spark 5 have opted for it.

Huawei Y9s Specs

  • Display: 6.59 inches LTPS IPS LCD
  • OS: Android 9.0, EMUI 9.1
  • Chipset: Hisilicon Kirin 710f
  • RAM/ROM: 6GB/128GB
  • Camera (rear): 48MP + 8MP + 2MP
  • Camera (front): 16MP pop-up
  • Battery: 4000 mAh
  • Full specs

Huawei Y9s comes with a price tag of PKR 40,999, which is twice as much as compared to Y6s. But when it comes to its features, Y9s is far more superior to justify its costs. Previously the phone came in two colors Midnight Black and Breathing Crystal. Now it is launching in a new Purple variation, which will sit excellently with the previous lineup. Looking at the positive reception Breathing Crystal received, Purple is expected to do good business. We hope it to be a multi-shade like its predecessors; otherwise, it might just end up looking like Huawei Y6p.
