Mobile World Congress is about to start in a few days and the Huawei does not seem to showcase its upcoming P30 lineup on the show. However today, after much wait, the Chinese giant has finally announced the launch date for Huawei p30 series.
The phone will be unveiled in Paris on 26 March 2019. This further strengthens the point that we won’t be seeing it on the MWC. However, the company seems to roll its cuffs for a 5G showdown on the event.
As Huawei has already introduced the world’s first multi-mode 5G chipset and its most likely that the company will introduce the promised 5G foldable phone on MWC, keeping in mind that Samsung has already announced the launch date of its foldable device.
When it comes to the Huawei P30 series, we have already seen a plethora of leaks and we already know that the P30 will come with a triple camera set up while the Huawei P30 Pro might come with a quad-camera setup with the three cameras being similar as its little sibling and an extra ToF sensor. Other than these two, Huawei P30 Lite is also suspected to make its debut with its elder siblings.
Huawei Pakistan has also posted a teaser on their facebook page, which shows the camera prowess of the upcoming Huawei P30 series. In the teaser video, you can clearly spot the video zooming in. it indicates that the handset will come with a lossless zoom as rumored earlier.
The screen protectors of the devices have also been leaked in pictures which suggest that the next flagship from Huawei is coming with a water drop notch and not the hole-in-display like the Galaxy S10 which is going to launch tomorrow.
While other specs of the phone are in the dark yet, we can fairly assume that it’ll come with the latest Kirin 980 chipset from Huawei and will feature Android Pie out of the box.
