Huawei P20 laid the foundation for a new dimension in mobile photography and remained one of the most popular phones of 2018. Its successor, Huawei P30 will continue the legacy and is tipped to come with some amazing photography capabilities.
Contrary to the earlier reports that the device will pack a quad camera setup on its back, a new leak indicates that Huawei P30 will sport a triple rear camera setup.
Furthermore, the main sensor among the three will come with a 40MP resolution just like the one on recently launched Mate 20 pro, which also happens to be one of the best camera phones in 2018.
One of the lenses in the P30 will be a telephoto sensor which will allow the phone to achieve 5x lossless zoom. Additionally, the phone will not come with a monochrome lens, as past Huawei flagship, instead, it will come with a wide angle lens.
The front of the phone will be equipped with a 24MP camera and, of course, both the front and rear camera setup is expected to come loaded with AI features.
The specs of the phone are in the dark yet, but it seems obvious that it’ll come with Kirin 980, Huawei’s latest flagship processor that is manufactured on a 7nm process and comes with dual NPU.
