After finishing up with the launch of its flagship devices, P30, and P30 Pro, Huawei is currently focusing on providing new smartphone options for the budget and mid-range users. It has already given us a pop-up camera in the new Huawei P smart Z and is now getting ready to introduce its upcoming Kirin 980 chipset in Huawei Nova 5 mid-range phone.
The new addition of Nova series was spotted in the list of Huawei and Honor phones that will come with the Kirin 980 chipset posted by Mishaal Rahman, Editor-in-Chief of XDA Developers, on Twitter.
A recently leaked photo of the phone case also reveals that Huawei Nova 5 may also come with a triple camera setup similar to what we have seen in the Huawei P30 Pro.
You can also see that there is no cutout for a fingerprint sensor on the rear which could mean that it might be integrated within the display.
