Huawei Nova 3 is the latest offering in the midrange category from the Chinese mammoth. The phone comes as a third iteration of the Nova series and has been in the spotlight for quite a time now. The device was earlier listed on TENAA which gave out most of its specifications.
The company also released a teaser image of the phone on its official Weibo account a couple of days back, showing off the main highlight of the phone, dual cameras on both rear and front. The phone hosts 24MP + 16MP AI enabled on its rear while 24MP + 2MP dual camera setup on the front.
Today, the smartphone maker has confirmed the launch date of Huawei Nova 3 on its official Weibo account. The device will be launched on July 18 but will be available only in China at first.
Banners for a Huawei event have also been seen in the Philippines which might be a strong hint that the Huawei Nova 3 is might also be launched there on July 28.
According to the specs revealed by the TENAA listings, the phone will sport a 6.3-inch display which will come with a notch and will have a Full HD+ resolution. Besides that, an octa-core processor clocked at 2.36 GHz will be present under the Hood to power up the phone.
Though the chipset has not been specified, by looks of the clocking speed it is safe to assume that the phone may come with Kirin 659 which has already been successful with its power efficiency and performance and has been used in handsets like Honor 9 Lite and Huawei Y9 2018.
The phone will come in 64GB and 128GB internal memory variants coupled with 6GB of RAM and will draw its power from a 3650mAh battery.
