With every passing year, the competition in the smartphone industry grows fierce but never before have we seen top smartphone makers, Samsung and Apple, pushed into the corner by a Chinese smartphone company.
In 2019, Huawei has earned the crown of producing best camera phone, Huawei P30 Pro and has seen over 50% increase in shipment volume in Q1 2019 but the leaked specs of Huawei Mate 30 Pro reveal that there is much more to come before the year ends.
The performance-driven smartphone is not expected to be released for a few months but that doesn’t stop the leaks and rumors to disclose what we will be getting in the specs department this time.
According to a Chinese website, Huawei Mate 30 Pro will be powered by a next-gen 7-nanometer EUC-processed Kirin 985 processor.
It is expected to come with a huge 6.71-inch OLED display, a super fast Baron 500 (Balong 5000) 5G modem, and a massive 4,200mAh battery with 55W SuperCharge and reverse charging. The specs correlate with the earlier leaks, so we do believe them to be features we’ll get under the hood.
The placement of the fingerprint sensor in Huawei Mate 30 will be the same as that of last year’s Mate 20 Pro and it will also retain the square-shaped camera arrangement at the back.
So, from the look at the leaked specs sheet, we can see that Huawei’s upcoming flagship phone will be a seriously powerful device which will be charging to leave the Galaxy Note 10 behind in the smartphone race.
Huawei is expected to launch a 4G variant of Mate 30 Pro as well this year, which will increase the normal the Mate line up (Lite, Standard, and Pro) to four smartphones.
At the Huawei P30 Pro launch, the company had a major trick up their sleeve, best low-light camera and if it pulls off the same stratagem again, Samsung may have to suffer a major blow which will cause heavy losses especially after the Galaxy fold fiasco.
