Honor 9X launch formally set for 23rd July

Honor 9X is finally going to make an appearance this month. The company has confirmed the launch date of the smartphone and will take the wraps off the device on 23rd June 2019.

The X series of the Chinse smartphone maker is popular among the budget users as not only does it offer good specifications but also a stylish design which make these phones a complete package.

Honor 9X will be the successor of the last year’s Honor 8X (Review) and is confirmed to make its way into the Pakistani market as well in the near future.

Some reports suggest that Honor may bring two variants of the device this year, a standard and a pro model where latter will offer slightly superior specs as compared to the former.

As of now, we do not know much about the two devices but we can expect Kirin 810 chipset,  triple camera setup, and 3750mAh battery capacity. Honor 9X is also rumored to have a screen size between 6.5 inches to 6.7 inches.

Since Huawei can once again work with Google freely, we will be getting the Google Play services along with all pre-installed mobile apps that we have to come to expect from any smartphone. Since we still are a bit far off from the launch of Android Q, the device will come with Android Pie.
