2018 has been a triumphant year for Honor, with its successful launches of phones like the Honor Play and the company looks to continue these successes with the launch of mid-range Honor 8X which aims give users the flagship experience they need.
After the much-admired Honor 10, the company is all set to unveil the Honor 8X in its Dubai Launch tomorrow.
The device was recently launched in China and is eventually set to make its way to other markets globally. The most noticeable feature of the Honor 8X is the sheer size of its Fullview display which expands to 6.5-inches featuring an aspect ratio of 19.5:9.
The phone also hosts a notch. Although not a waterdrop notch like the OPPO F9, it seems pretty tiny considering the massive size of the phone. According to the company, the Honor 8X boasts a 91% screen to body ratio, which is fairly impressive given its price range and indeed a trait of the flagship phones.
The phone is powered by the newly launched Kirin 710 chipset which is coupled with 4GBof huge RAM. With this phone, you won’t have to worry about the lack of storage anymore as it comes with a mammoth 128GB internal memory.
The phone comes with a dual rear camera setup housing 20MP+ 2MP lenses on the back with a f/1.8 aperture and flashes a 16MP selfie camera with a f/2.0 aperture.
All of the internals will draw their power from a 3750 mAH battery which should be enough to satiate the needs of even the power users.
