We are more than six months into 2019 and all the smartphone companies are doubling their efforts to gain more market share through introducing new handsets. Amid the stiff competition, HMD Global is readying itself to launch two new phones, Nokia 6.2 and Nokia 7.2 for its users.

The news has not been confirmed by the Finish company but many recent leaks and rumors point towards an August launch of the two smartphones. According to nokiapoweruser, Nokia 6.2 and Nokia 7.2 will launch together and have already been certified in different markets including India and Russia.

Looking at how HMD Global is quick to change the launch dates, usually different from the leaks and rumors, we cannot be sure whether the two devices will really make a debut in the coming month or not.

Nokia 6.2

Nokia 6.2 will be the successor of the last year’s Nokia 6.1. As of now, we are aware that Nokia 6.2 may come with more than 6 inches of screen, 48MP camera by Zeiss Optics and support for 120-degree of wide-angle photography. It is also expected to be powered by Qualcomm 660 chipset coupled with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB of storage.

According to some rumors, Nokia 6.2 will also pack a 3500mAh battery and USB Type C connector. Moreover, it may also boast a Glass-unibody design with a teardrop notch.

Nokia 7.2

Nokia 7.2 is rumored to come with triple cameras in a circular array at the back of the phone and a small teardrop notch at the front. It is expected to come with 6.2-inches of display, Full HD+ resolution, 4GB/6GB RAM and Snapdragon 660/710 processor.

The smartphone leaks also indicate the possibility of the 48MP camera by Zeiss Optics sporting 120-degree wide-angle photography.

As of now, all the specs of Nokia 7.2 and Nokia 6.2 are mere speculations and we advise you to take them with a pinch of salt.
