Google is all set to announce the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL smartphones on October 9 but this doesn’t mean the end of leaks. The popular tipster Roland Quandt has leaked alleged official pictures Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL in black and white variants.
He also shared some key information other than just the images. As earlier leaks suggested, Pixel 3 XL will come with a huge notch which will house a dual front-facing camera setup, a front-facing speaker and the sensors.
According to another report, the dual selfie camera setup will sport an auto-focus 8MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture supported by another 8MP camera with fixed focus and f/2.2 aperture.
The leaker claims that the Google Pixel 3 will also come with the same dual camera setup on the front and will feature a 5.5-inch screen with substantial bezels above and below the display.
The 3 XL, however, will come with a bigger screen size of 6.2-inches and will support QHD+ resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels. Both the phones will have the dual front-facing speakers.
As for the internals, both the phones may come with a Snapdragon 845 chipset but since other companies like Apple and Huawei are already battling it out with their 7nm chipsets, it is likely that Snapdragon 855 may debut on Google Pixel 3 and 3 XL.
Both the phone will come with 4GB RAM along with 64GB storage, but rumors also hint towards the release of a 128GB version. While there is no word on the prices of the phone, previous rumors have suggested that Pixel 3 will come at $649 and the 3 XL will have a price tag of $749
