Samsung has jumped in the arena of mid-range phones with the Galaxy A50 and A30. The phones have already been launched globally and have now made their way to the Pakistani market. The devices will be available from March 21 in Pakistan.
Both the phones come with tiny notches that infinity-U display. The two new phones bring some interesting specs and features in this category like the trendy display designs and all the perks of a modern smartphone.
It comes with a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display and has a 1080 x 2340 resolution. Apart from the infinity-U display, the Galaxy A50 is also equipped with the in-screen fingerprint scanner.
The A50 is powered by an Exynos 9610 octa-core processor whose 4 cores are clocked at 2.3GHz and the other 4 cores are clocked at 1.7GHz. The processor is paired with two RAM options of 4GB and 6GB. Depending on the variant you opt for, you’ll get 64GB internal storage or 128GB with expandable storage up to 512GB.
The Galaxy A50 boasts itself as a camera phone. The rear of the phone has a triple camera setup – a 25MP f/1.7 camera paired with a 5MP f/2.2 depth sensor and an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide sensor while the front has a 25 MP selfie camera. The cameras are laced with AI features as well.
The Galaxy A50 has a 4,000mAh battery with support for fast charging. It is available in Black, White, Blue, and Coral.
The Galaxy A30 comes with a glasstic body that includes a glass body reinforced with plastic for better durability. On the front, it has the same 6.4-inch screen with the infinity-U display and the same resolution as its elder sibling.
It offers a dual camera with a 16MP primary camera with f/1.7 aperture paired with a 5MP ultra wide angle lens with f/2.2 aperture. the selfie camera on the phone is a 16MP sensor with f/2.2 aperture. Galaxy A30 comes with a rear mounted traditional fingerprint scanner and also comes with the support for Face Unlock.
