Budget Vivo Y12 smartphone gets a new 3GB RAM variant

Vivo Y12, a budget smartphone which was initially launched in June 2019 with 4GB RAM now has a new 3GB variant for the users.

The device comes with 6.35 inches of Halo FullView Display, 19.3:9 aspect ratio and 720 x 1544 pixels of screen resolution. It is powered by MediaTek MT6762 Helio P22 chipset and has a 64GB of internal storage which can be expanded via MicroSD card.

In the camera department, Vivo Y12 offers AI triple camera setup at the back featuring a 13MP main lens, 8MP ultrawide lens, and 2MP depth sensor while at the front, there is an 8MP shooter for taking selfies.

One of the highlights of the smartphone is the massive 5000mAh battery which can also be found in the other devices from Vivo’s Y series including the recently launched Vivo Y17 and Vivo Y15 budget phones.

Vivo Y12 also comes with an Ultra Game Mode accompanied by features like Competition Mode and Dual-Turbo which serve to enhance the mobile gaming experience for the user.

As of now both 3GB and 4GB variants are available in India and seeing that in the past, the Chinese smartphone maker has launched other phones from the same series in Pakistan, we can expect the release of Vivo Y12 in the coming weeks.
