Infinix Hot 10s Battery Test

Infinix Hot 10s is among the most budget-friendly devices on the market in 2021 that promise you some in-trend features. We are talking about a 6000 mAh battery and a gaming chipset, Mediatek Helio G85.

Let’s take a look at what else this phone gives us.

For some time, Infinix is working hard on the design of its phones. Every new model, whether it’s a mid-range device such as Infinix Note 10 Pro, Infinix Note 7, or the basic model, like the one we have in our hand, is getting equal attention.

The back panel design on Infinix Hot 10s has been inspired by this beautiful lake in Bolivia, which they call Salar de Uyuni. People call it the biggest natural mirror on earth. The pattern on the back panel resembles the one on this lake.

Hot 10s is a bit heavier device to hold, and part of the reason could be the extra battery size Infinix has put inside. I assume, for a longer duration, the gaming or movie watching could be a little tiring.

Battery Test

Coming back to the battery of Infinix Hot 10s, there is no support for fast charging on this device. The ordinary-looking charger can provide 12 Watt charging at max in a room temperature under 30 centigrade.

However, the safe charge technology cuts off the power when the phone is 100% charged.

In our test, Infinix Hot 10s battery charging time turned out just over 3 hours. By the way, for the sake of a bit of comparison, we tested another 6000 mAh battery phone recently, Realme C25, with a charging time of 3 hours and 30 minutes. So Infinix turns out faster here, but on the other hand, C25 gave us an impressive 29 hours of video loop backup.

Can this budget phone knockdown C25 here? This was the question in our mind when we started our video loop test for draining the battery. Oh boy, Hot 10s couldn’t even reach 19 hours. It died in 18 hours and 55 minutes.

If you want to watch the video to see precisely how Infinix Hot 10s performed in different tests, it’s right here for you.

You can see its gaming performance, especially on PUBG, and how much battery the online game can eat in an hour.
